Greek food!

I hope the Greek Festival in Montgomery doesn't get rained out tomorrow! I never EVER thought I'd say this, but... lamb is yummy! :P

Hey there,

Thanks for coming by my blog and leaving a comment. I'm in north Alabama. Madison to be exact.

I hope you don't get rained out too. Have fun!

The food was GREAT! However, Mary didn't have a little lamb this time. We opted out on lamb for some other stuff we hadn't tried.

The "festival" part was nowhere to be seen, but the food was. $15 for a huuuuuge serving of food that Patrick & I split. $5 left over for pastries. We had Greek style stew (which I must learn to make), a cheese-filled doughy pie thing, and Greek Lasagna... I can't remember all the Greek names for this stuff.

But it was grrrreat.
There are no Greek restaraunts around here - there might be one in Atlanta. So, this was one of those once in a blue moon opportunities for ethnic food.
